What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the products we deal with, returns are not accepted.
All UK transactions are sent using standard postage which is NOT TRACKABLE. We do collect proof of postage for our own records but can not be held responsible for damaged or lost parcels.
We do offer a postage upgrade to 'Signed & Tracked' which offers a tracking number and insurance of up to £50 which is subject to an additional cost.
Whilst we’ll do our best to make and ship your order within 3 – 7 days, Its always better to place your order at least a week or two ahead of your event giving you more time to focus on other details.
International orders will be shipped by first class signed for mail by the Royal Mail. Shipping costs range between £9.00 - £19.00 depending on number of items purchased and weight. Packages are trackable and require a signature at end destination. The buyer is responsible for any duty or taxes that may be applicable in destination country.
Products produced by Love & Lazer are not classed as toys. Small parts may be used at times, which can come away - making them a hazard for young children.
Products are for aesthetic purposes only, therefore we recommend they are kept in the care of adults. Or used with adult supervision.
Acrylic cake toppers have been tested and are classed as food safe.
We welcome custom orders here at Love & Lazer and ask that you provide as much information as possible to help the design and production of your piece. Alternatively we're quite happy to create something bespoke for you....just ask.
Custom and bespoke pieces are payable in advance before any work can commence.
Production time on custom orders take approximately 3 - 10 days depending on the requirements of the item. Shipping time on the order will also vary depending on your location, i.e. UK or abroad.
If your item is faulty we will supply a replacement (provided item is returned within 3 days). Please obtain written authorisation from us prior to returning items. Please notify us of any faults as soon as possible with photographic evidence.
